Fineas Mocan is a registered nurse with more than thirteen years of hands-on experience — from med-surg floors and the operating room to clinical research. That range matters: he has seen how care actually breaks down, and how good documentation and a well-trained caregiver prevent it.
He founded Evergreen Nursing Solutions to bring that same standard to the homes and communities that need a delegating nurse they can count on. Every visit is unhurried, every assessment is thorough, and every caregiver leaves knowing exactly what to do.
